2. How to contact us

For any questions about privacy or to exercise your rights, contact us via WhatsApp +4522330714 or by post to the address above. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so.

  • Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company.
  • Property details: location, address or listing link, property type, bedrooms, current use and your goals.
  • Messages and correspondence you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited — non-essential data only with your consent.

4. Why we use it and legal basis

  • Entering into and performing management or lease agreements — contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Follow-up and improving our services — our legitimate interest in running and developing our business (art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit with us, and we process it as described in this policy. Meta's own processing is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

6. Marketing

We only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to or given consent. You can opt out at any time.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies unless you consent to others. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements — for example website hosting, database, communication and, with your consent, analytics and advertising platforms — and with authorities where required by law.

9. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case we ensure a valid transfer basis, such as an EU adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and estimates that do not lead to an agreement: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Customer and contract data: for the duration of the agreement and up to 5 years after it ends.
  • Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

11. Your rights

  • Access to the data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion, where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
  • Restriction of processing.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

12. Complaints
